What we collect
Membership applications and enquiries collect your name, email, phone, city, year of birth, chosen disciplines and any message you send. Event participation adds timing and results data.
Why we collect it
To review applications, run club events, publish results, provide coaching feedback and keep you updated about the calendar.
Minors
Where a driver is under 18, a parent or guardian must submit the application and remains the contact of record for that driver.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with venues and timing providers to run an event you have entered.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email hello@coact.co.za and we will action it.
